KO Maritime Service Co. Ltd is one of the most reliable boat charter companies in the Thai Gulf.
We are located in Pattaya/Jomtien on the east cost in the Gulf. The main choice of this location (sea bed area) was based on the number of coral islands with clean and clear water. The area has about 10 coral islands which we can choose from on a full day cruise. Another important main factor, was the annual number of tourists in the area. Today there are about 6 millions persons, this numbers are increasing every year. The company has concession for boat charter from Bangkok to Trat .The Trat location is close to the Cambodian border. The Trat area is becoming a new main tourist place.

The company has been in business since 2001. The Vessel has Thai crew from the local area and they know the conditions of the sea and on the islands very well. Early we saw the need of a landing craft in order to enter the islands in a proper way. In 2004 we built a new landing craft in a shipyard in Naklua. We are bringing this boat with us on all tours (benefit and safety). It even gives us the possibility to pick up people near their hotels etc.

The last years we have had many good voyages and with many satisfied customers. It is especially pleasing to serve the same customers again and again. Every year M/V King Olav has a complete maintenance schedule and further upgrades. In the year 2006, the main- and auxiliary engines were changed to new, larger engines.

The last three years we have promoted the Island Koh Sichang. The island does not have the “mass-tourists” yet, and we love to show the tourists the “Real Thailand”. Due to the islands’ many historical sights and other possibilities, we will continue these popular tours. M/V King Olav is the only vessel in Pattaya, which is regularly scheduled to this island, so we are currently very optimistic for the future.
